The system organizes incoming messaging with the ability to change messaging rules, as and when required, and increases customer service efficiency via message assigning and setting reminders. It has also reduces the need for repetitive activity that lead to unnecessary costs.
With the ability to integrate with reputed online marketing platforms such as Amazon and eBay, it provides a ticket management system, customizable message templates, customer service personnel management facility and an overall system overview.
